Supply Chain Planner
Responsibilities
Utilizes supply chain tools to streamline operations and reduce labor needs. Builds dashboards, interprets data, and conducts root cause analysis to support inventory and supply decisions. Contributes to process automation and system scalability
Acts as a liaison between teams to ensure priorities are clearly defined and executed. Communicates updates and escalations to stakeholders
Assists in raw material planning, product transitions, and last-time buys. Supports buffer strategies and excess inventory mitigation. Collaborates on rework and redeployment of goods
Contributes to planning strategies that balance service levels, cost, and inventory under demand uncertainty. Supports material transfers and inventory alignment. Begins to design solutions for demand shifts and inventory adjustments
Partners with suppliers to resolve constraints and align on build plans. Monitors supplier capacity, compliance, and performance metrics. Supports mid-term capacity planning and investment alignment
Analyzes supply and demand scenarios and supports contingency planning. Helps develop and execute supply plans in coordination with factories and logistics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field AND relevant experience OR
Master's in a related field OR
Equivalent experience
Minimum 4+ years experience with supply chain/demand planning, operations, sourcing, and manufacturing
Minimum 4+ years experience with Data Analysis
Minimum 4+ years experience with Supplier Operations/Logistics Management
Minimum 4+ years experience with order fulfillment
Preferred
Bachelor's + 4+ years OR Master's + 2+ years in supply chain, operations, sourcing, or manufacturing
Experience with supply planning tools, analytics platforms, and supplier collaboration
