Responsibilities
Provide positive and helpful presence assisting clients
Code invoices and maintain tenant contact lists
Oversee contracting work performed at property
Set up files and develop a system to track contracts, purchase orders, etc
Code invoices and collect necessary documentation for payment processing
Coordinate contracts for various vendors. Ensure that adequate services are available for employees
Maintain service agreements and required certificates
Assist in developing monthly statements of accounts and variance reports submitted for management review
Assist client management in tracking personnel moves and equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-2 years property or facilities management experience
PC proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Word Perfect
Must be organized and have ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time
Must have ability meet difficult deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
