Customer Service Scheduling Specialist
Vertical Screen, Inc. is a leading applicant screening firm that supports major businesses in various sectors. They are seeking a Customer Service Scheduling Specialist to handle incoming calls regarding drug screens and other health services, ensuring efficient communication and documentation.

Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
Evaluate documentation and information needed
Processing and following up on invoices and faxes
Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing different types of documents
Maintain and document detailed notes in system regarding correspondence with applicants
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environment
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
The candidate we are seeking will have at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
