Product Support Representative I
FIS is a global leader in financial services technology, and they are seeking a Product Support Representative to provide in-depth product support to clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, and documenting technical problems to improve product quality.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as transaction inquiries and mutual fund order processing
Provide in-depth product support and research client issues
Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective action
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Commerce/Business
Prior banking or client service experience
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
The ability to work independently
Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work weekends. Eligible for overtime pay
Preferred
Knowledge of FIS products a plus
Recent Technical Background is a plus
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 ~ Please note~ If you do not have either of these, you must be willing to take the tests with a passing score within the first 90 days of employment
