Responsibilities

Serve as the Point of Contact (PoC) for BPA leadership
Organize and lead kick-off meetings, status reporting, and In-Progress Reviews (IPRs)
Track and report BPA metrics (cost, schedule, scope)
Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Manage communication constructs across stakeholders
Maintain the BPA backlog and ensure alignment with project objectives
Oversee and update Playbook content (refer to Section 3.3.2)
Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from inception to completion
Lead and guide technical staff, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met
Monitor progress to ensure compliance with deadlines, standards, and cost targets
Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short-term project growth and success
Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Qualification

DoD ExperiencePMP CertificationProject ManagementAgile Scrum CertificationStakeholder ManagementLeadershipCommunication SkillsProblem-SolvingAdaptability

Required

Education: BA/BS degree in a related field
Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments
Certifications: PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams
Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Active/Current Top Secret clearance

Preferred

Experience with BPA management and backlog maintenance
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver under tight deadlines
