Responsibilities

Act as Deputy PM, supporting overall program leadership and execution

Facilitate Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings to ensure alignment and progress

Monitor and report BPA performance and workshare metrics

Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on performance, reporting, and response requirements

Identify and remove barriers (e.g., Top Secret Facility Clearance (TS FCL)) for small business subcontractors and partners

Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from inception through completion

Lead and guide technical staff, ensuring adherence to deadlines, standards, and cost targets

Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short-term project growth and success

Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Required

Education: BA/BS degree in a related field

Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments

Certifications: PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred

Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory

Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams

Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Active/Current Top Secret clearance

Preferred

Experience with BPA performance management and partner engagement

Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements

Ability to resolve clearance-related challenges for subcontractors and partners
