Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects—ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted partnerships within an organization, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, architects, developers, strategists, and QA to ensure alignment and accountability
Implement and manage delivery frameworks, reporting cadence, and risk/issue management to maintain project health
Collaborate with leadership and practice leads to allocate resources efficiently and forecast project needs
Identify process enhancements and delivery best practices to drive efficiency and consistency across accounts
Track budgets, ensure profitability targets, and manage scope changes effectively
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing delivery in a digital consultancy, agency, or technology services environment
Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams delivering digital products or platforms
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate client relationships and influence decisions
Comfortable presenting to and meeting with C-Suite stakeholders
Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
Preferred
Experience with software development lifecycles and digital experience platforms is a plus
Experience managing remote and distributed teams
Background in user experience design, engineering, or product management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform
PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus
