Required

Bachelor's Degree

Graduate of an approved MLS program

American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), MLS (ASCP)

3-4 years' experience Technical Clinical Laboratory

Preferred

Ability to work independently while also being comfortable seeking guidance and collaborating with leadership and partner departments (e.g., HR, Operations)

Demonstrated flexibility to function as both a leader and a hands‑on contributor based on operational needs

Willingness and availability to provide shift coverage as needed

Ability to provide feedback and reinforce accountability through coaching, clear communication, and follow‑through

Demonstrated leadership potential, with a strong interest in team development and continuous improvement
