Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive litigation support from case inception through trial

Prepare and manage written discovery, including e-Discovery, records requests, document review, and redactions

Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, including trial presentation support

Support attorneys with case management, expert vetting, background investigations, and legal research

Handle billing and time entry in accordance with firm and client guidelines

Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all client and court interactions
