Responsibilities

Support the assembly, manufacturing and quality organizations in accomplishment of company goals for quality, delivery, and cost
Make drawing and model changes to existing product using SOLIDWORKS and Agile PLM system per SIG drafting standards and standard work
Provide engineering and drawing support for non-R&D related product line extensions
Obtain working knowledge of company tools. Perform analyses and compile data for investigation by engineering personnel
Assist in the performance of internal engineering and design validation test programs, document results as required
Other responsibilities as assigned by department manager or other engineers
Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience with SOLIDWORKS
Minimum completion of sophomore year
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Must be able to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form

Preferred

Firearms experience a plus
Machining experience a plus
