Responsibilities

You will maintain current client accounts, update registrations, and set up new accounts
You will promptly answer emails and calls from the client. You will assist clients with a variety of tasks by leveraging resources and collaborating with peers and management
Organization is critical to success in this role. You will use an agile approach to your workday and prioritize multiple daily tasks
You will provide updates to the advisors and your managers on account statuses and requests. Follow through and follow up on tasks are imperative
You will partner with the team you support and become an extension of the advisors, which is critical for success

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study
3-4 years of directly related experience in investment sales/operations or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience
