Responsibilities

Assist with pre-renewal preparation during peak season, including entering and updating information in premium, loss, and analysis workbooks with a high degree of accuracy

Review certificate of insurance requests, coordinate instructions with the certificate team, process invoicing requests with real estate accounting, and maintain key trackers and surplus lines documentation

Support routine policy operations such as policy processing, issuing Auto ID cards, and helping with endorsement processing in a virtual, fast-paced environment

Perform extensive Excel-based work—updating datasets, tracking changes, and completing detailed data entry—requiring meticulous attention to detail and consistent 24-hour turnaround

Contribute to a collaborative team culture by demonstrating reliability, a genuine desire to help, and a “yes—how can I support?” mindset that builds strong working relationships

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Preferred

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
