JEVS Human Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pathways to independence and economic stability. They are currently hiring a Career Resource Center Coordinator to assist individuals in preparing for and finding work through the PA CareerLink in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

Guide all customers into the CRC or to the appropriate service(s) with a welcoming demeanor

Greet, answer questions and disseminate information to all participants in the Career Resource Center

Assist with PA Careerlink registration and ensure participants are completely enrolled, have a viable resume/job preferences completed

Assist with directing/navigating participants to job application site

Other related duties as assigned

Qualification

Customer serviceMS OfficeCase managementVocational supportProblem-solvingInterpersonal skills

Required

Associate's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of human service; case management; customer service/sales and support; vocational or related fields

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to independently problem-solve and de-escalate situations

Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel); PA Careerlink & CWDS a plus
