Training Device Technician 3 (Flight Simulation)
Boeing is a leading aerospace company committed to innovation and collaboration. They are seeking an experienced Training Device Technician 3 to maintain and repair flight simulators and associated training equipment at their Miami Training Campus.

Responsibilities
Perform general inspections for pre-operations, post-operations and component handling of training device
Conduct functional tests of training device systems and monitors device instrumentation and bench mounted equipment
Assist with repair and test, install, configure, upgrade and assist in the modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and software
Perform general inspections for pre-operations, post-operations and component handling of training devices, assemblies and components
Conduct functional tests of training device systems and monitors device instrumentation and bench mounted indicators
Assist engineers in troubleshooting systems and support equipment
Troubleshoot to isolate faults and repair faulty components
Work under limited supervision
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in the field of simulation, particularly aircrew (flight) simulators and/or trainers, and/or 5+ years in Aircraft Avionics Maintenance
3+ years' experience in troubleshooting and testing hardware and software
3+ years' experience with electronic/electrical systems
Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts
Preferred
5+ years' experience in maintaining CAE, TRU, L3, and/or FSI Full Flight Simulators
Experience in assisting in the modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and software
Associates Degree
