Responsibilities
Work harmoniously with cross-functional teams to develop collaborative strategies and foster a high performing team structure
Ownership of Product Categories & Franchise (Acne & Oily Skin)
Manage projects on time and proactively identify issues and work across cross-functional team to resolve
Drive US go-to-market activation across multiple launches / hallmark moments
Collaborate with Creative to create launch materials including merchandising and POS displays – launch and evergreen
Secure smaller scale, meaningful brand partnerships to bolster activations across launch, core, and hallmark support moments
Execute Monthly POS reporting for brand, tracking launch performance and brand growth in key categories
Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Drive net new campaign and strategy ideas for hidden gems portfolios
WHS/Self-Assist purchase order creation and budget management
DPM code creation and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3-7 years of experience
Strong communication and project management skills
MS Office
Preferred
Beauty experience
Skincare experience
