Responsibilities

Conduct benchmarking reports, perform data analysis, and support RFP/sourcing initiatives using strong Excel skills

Prepare preliminary updates to communication documents and assist in developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations

Participate in client interactions and contribute to project objectives with professionalism and clarity

Attend and engage in client-facing meetings to observe processes, gather insights, and support team deliverables

Demonstrate detail-oriented work habits and professional communication skills across all tasks and projects

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Preferred

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
