Responsibilities
Conduct friendly, on-camera street interviews for short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Approach and engage members of the public confidently and respectfully to capture natural, conversational responses
Help brainstorm and script simple interview prompts and video concepts
Assist with filming short-form content in public or event settings
Support video editing and post-production (if skilled), including trimming clips, adding captions, and formatting for social platforms
Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative ways to adapt interview-based content
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, personable, and creative
Comfortable approaching people and asking engaging questions
Ability to capture authentic, human-centered moments for short videos
Conduct friendly, on-camera street interviews for short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Approach and engage members of the public confidently and respectfully to capture natural, conversational responses
Help brainstorm and script simple interview prompts and video concepts

Preferred
Undergraduate or Master's student (communications, media, marketing, journalism, or STEM majors welcome)
Strong interpersonal skills — friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with strangers on camera
Interest in content creation, social media, and storytelling
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus but not required
Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments
Willingness to learn about biotech and AI (no prior background required)
