In this role, you will oversee the Account Management and Client teams to ensure effective use of Amplifi's solutions while driving client services and contributing to new client acquisition.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day to day operations within our account management team

Provide strategic oversight of client strategy, ensuring that we are driving value and set up for success for renewals and organic growth

Drive strategy development and execution to meet clients business goals, to ultimately result in expanding annual contracts and renewals

Lead the client service efforts related to delivery of media buying performance for key clients

Contribute to new client acquisition through strategic internal partnerships, marketing, and lead generation

Provide executive oversight on reporting for key client accounts to ensure the team is conveying the agency's value to the client's team and to support strategy shifts to meet client objectives

Manage the client service leads at business' specialist area especially in the management and implementation of programs

Provide department leadership direction to evolve efficiencies by driving process improvement and managing capacity and billability targets within department

Support local markets as a center of excellence in proof of performance associated with media buying delivery

Manage internal and external stakeholder management across local markets, clients and media auditors to ensure the buying commitments are met and the revenue targets achieved
