Engineering Administrative Assistant

Wisconsin Oven Corporation is a manufacturer of industrial ovens and heating equipment based in East Troy, Wisconsin. They are seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical tasks related to engineering office operations under the direction of the Mechanical Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

Complete data entry
Perform general clerical duties, including preparation of Engineering releases and manual assembly
Gather all necessary data and materials to develop oven manuals
Coordinate submissions for Underwriters Laboratory approval
Coordinate shipping dates with Utility and Traffic Departments
Maintain Engineering Office paper and electronic files and product manuals
Manage general office supplies and use of office machines
Collect and distribute daily mail
Complete special projects as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeLean ManufacturingData EntryOrganizational SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

High School graduate or GED required
Three (3) years experience in a similar office position
Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based computer applications
Motivated and highly organized
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent communications skills

Preferred

Lean Manufacturing or Lean Office experience
