Responsibilities

Providing solutions on the ORMB product from customer's requirements

Work on ORMB product production issues

Customization and performance tuning

Patch installations

Troubleshoot production issues and provide resolutions and work arounds

Required

Location for this position is Chicago, IL. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of Information Technology

3+ years with at least 2 ORMB implementations. Should also have experience in production support, upgrade and enhancements

Candidate must have strong fundamentals on Oracle database including performance tuning and troubleshooting

Experience of end-to-end installation of ORMB including prerequisites DB, WLS, Hibernate JAVA etc

Understanding of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing ORMB system architecture and functionalities
