Heavy coding ownership early on (expect ~ 70% hands-on while we build in loops)
Architecture, standards, release hygiene, and delivery cadence
Leading and leveling up a small team; transitioning core work in-house over time
Recommendation foundations: retrieval, ranking, embeddings, feedback loops, evaluation
AI UX: chat-style interaction patterns, trust cues, guardrails, and failure-mode handling
A practical path toward stronger model/IP ownership over time
High-quality mobile and web experience (speed + polish)
E-invitations reliability: reminders/notifications that actually work
Social interaction patterns that are simple to use but deep in experience
Partner/affiliate integrations and marketplace patterns
Security-first design: permissions, auditability, privacy-by-design
Scalable backend foundations for future transaction flows

Experience shipping products in fast-paced environments
Led small startup engineering teams
