Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand program reach and visibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners
Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities throughout lower Westchester
Represent the organization at outreach events, conferences, and community meetings
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals
Track outreach performance and provide regular reports to leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or community outreach — preferably within healthcare, social services, or home care
Knowledge of NHTD and TBI waiver programs (or willingness to learn quickly)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Willingness to travel throughout lower Westchester and surrounding areas
