Responsibilities
Design secure, scalable architectures for AI agents and enterprise knowledge products
Deliver models with cross-domain ontologies and knowledge graphs
Define data flow, APIs, and integration patterns for RAG pipelines
Ensure compatibility and governance across platform components
Handle DB benchmarking and migration planning (eg. pgvector, Milvus, Qdrant)
Evaluate and recommend technologies for long-term sustainabilites
Act as a trusted advisor to translating business needs into technical solutions
Standardize interoperability with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other agent frameworks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Experience designing LLM-based, Agentic or RAG systems
8+ years of Experience managing both on-premise and cloud based software architectures OR Enterprise architectures
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field
Preferred
Demonstrated success designing an LLM-based, Agentic or RAG system and bringing the product to fruition
Working Experience with agentic AI products or Dev frameworks such as Google Gemini, GPT, Claude Anthropic, Grok, Devin AI, AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub CoPilot, Google Antigravity, Cursor, Glean, CrewAI
Expertise with AI Knowledge Solutions
Experience with agent memory, knowledge graph and multi-agent orchestration
Proficiency in structured IO, tool/function calling and API design
Ability to deliver identity integration
Experience translating technical complexity into business value
Experience presenting technical concepts to business users and executive stakeholders
Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel
Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
Certifications are a plus: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2
Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plus
