Responsibilities
Analyze internal and external data to quantify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success
Help customers navigate the shift to an AI first era of Marketing leveraging Google AI and ML solutions articulating and quantifying the value and impact of investments in this area
Develop relationships with analytics counterparts and earn their trust, and tell stories with data, both visually and verbally
Collaborate across teams innovating, to activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges
Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, and behavioral insights. Lead the full lifecycle of analytics and measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis
Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed
Preferred
MBA or advanced professional degree
Experience in consulting, analytics, or financial modeling
Experience with Marketing Analytics, 3P Analytics Platforms, web analytics (Adobe/GA4). Experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis
Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to navigate complex customer organizations influence across levels from day-to-day to c-suite
Experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort distilling complex data analysis and insights into digestible narratives
