Responsibilities
Oversee the entire commercial process for strategic pursuits, from initial meetings through RFP, pitch, site visits and contracting
Partner with R1 executive leadership, including the President and SVP Enterprise Partnerships, to deliver compelling value propositions and expand enterprise partnerships
Create executive-level presentation materials that emphasize R1's capabilities and effectively communicate the value in an R1 partnership
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, marketing, legal, and other teams to support revenue and brand goals, company growth, and annual priorities
Qualification
Required
A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, market dynamics, and R1's value proposition complemented by executive presence, strong business acumen, and analytical skills
Executive presence including demonstrated ability to operate at the highest level with engaging and refined communication skills and the ability to create commercial-grade presentations
People and project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects, foster collaboration cross-functionally, and operate independently with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
