Responsibilities

Responsible for producing the monthly Board of Directors Meeting Report
Responsible for Intercompany and all other Balance Sheet Reconciliation’s
Review and lead clearing of reconciling items timely
Prepare annual audit schedules
Prepare monthly internal board reports

Qualification

Bachelor’s DegreeAccounting experienceMicrosoft ExcelBalance sheet reconciliationsInternal management reporting

Required

Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field is required
Minimum five (5) years of experience in accounting
In-depth experience with computers
Proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (Vlook-ups, Pivot Tables)
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Heavy balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
Prepared by client audit schedules
Bank reconciliations
Internal management reporting
