Apps. Support & Device Integration Specialist

Mindray North America is seeking an Applications Support & Device Integration Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams. The role involves troubleshooting, supporting device integration, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

Provide telephone support to Mindray NA customers, sales, service, and clinical staff
Support the integration of devices, applications, and systems, including troubleshooting data flow and connectivity issues
Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of new applications and integrated devices
Support virtualized environments (e.g., VMware) and assist with the integration of Mindray applications with customers’ Active Directory environments
Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and end users to resolve complex technical issues
Analyze and resolve application, system, virtualization, and network-related incidents
Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and customers
Create and review technical documents as required
Troubleshoot and investigate field problems – formulate and/or assist other departments in corrective action
Represent the Service Department on Project Teams for new and existing products and complete tasks required. Update management and Technical Support as required
Document all activities and provide timely reports, as required, to management
Generate Cases to track Technical Support activity for calls

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in application support, systems support, or a related IT role
Solid understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching), and system connectivity
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware
Knowledge of Active Directory, including authentication, group policies, and access management
Hands-on experience in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript
Experience in writing technical documentation
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues
Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Occasional travel may be required

Preferred

Basic HL7 knowledge is beneficial but not required. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn HL7 standards
