Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise orgs
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and async processes
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support modern UI and workflows
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Support enterprise workflows, reporting, automations, and data governance needs
Partner with backend, data, and AI teams to support cross-platform initiatives
Work directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver reliable solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
Strong mastery of Apex, LWC, and SOQL
Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP)
Experience working with complex Salesforce orgs and data models
Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills
Full availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours
Preferred
Exposure to BFSI or other regulated environments strongly preferred
