Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead small scale projects along with developing and maintaining detailed project plans with goals and milestones
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements, designed to support the growth of our business and to adapt staffing models to business changes
Work with operational stakeholders to ensure that decisions are executed timely
Ensure that all new client onboarding compliance requirements are met
Assist with implementation of process improvements with the global team
Be risk-aware and contribute to culture of continuous improvement
Implementing and managing changes to ensure project goals are achieved
Work with stakeholders to understand and develop requirements along with coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field of study
2-5 years of experience in Asset Management / Financial Services with progressive increase in responsibilities
Strong understanding of project management, project execution and change management
Understanding of investment management operations
Strong analytical and financial planning skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage across all levels of management, combined with strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adherence to procedures and controls is critical
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel

Preferred

Tech savvy and utilizing AI tools
Positive attitude and proven ability to collaborate in team-oriented environments while taking ownership of individual responsibilities and demonstrating leadership in projects, teams, or initiatives
