Associate Director of Sales (U.S)
Doodle Labs is a fast-growing technology company building high-performance wireless communications for the drone and unmanned systems ecosystem. The Associate Director of Sales is responsible for managing opportunities through the full sales cycle and converting inbound demand while growing mid-tier drone OEM accounts.

Responsibilities
Own inbound opportunities from drone OEMs and convert them to revenue
Manage and grow mid-level accounts across their lifecycle
Qualify opportunities and progress deals from interest to PO
Coordinate with Sales Engineering on technical evaluations and demos
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up quoting activity
Build strong working relationships with engineering and procurement teams
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B hardware sales experience within the drone/UAS industry
Experience selling directly to drone OEMs (no channel sales)
Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously
Strong organization, follow-up, and customer communication skills
Preferred
RF or wireless experience is a nice to have
