Responsibilities

Drive outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to generate new client leads
Pitch RemoteStar’s AI-enhanced recruitment services and CTO-led vetting
Book qualified meetings with founders, CTOs, and hiring teams
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Understand client hiring needs and position our AI-driven value proposition

Qualification

BD experience in recruitmentLinkedIn Sales NavigatorTech hiring knowledgeClient acquisition cyclesConfident communicatorInterest in AI toolsSalesSetting AppointmentsMarketingLead GenerationBusiness Development

Required

Familiar with tech hiring and client acquisition cycles
Confident communicator, especially with senior decision-makers
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc

Preferred

BD experience in recruitment or staffing
Interest in AI tools and automation is a strong advantage
