RemoteStar is a fast-growing AI-driven recruitment startup. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to bring in new clients by presenting their AI-powered hiring model and booking meetings with tech leaders.

Responsibilities
Drive outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to generate new client leads
Pitch RemoteStar’s AI-enhanced recruitment services and CTO-led vetting
Book qualified meetings with founders, CTOs, and hiring teams
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Understand client hiring needs and position our AI-driven value proposition
Qualification
Required
Familiar with tech hiring and client acquisition cycles
Confident communicator, especially with senior decision-makers
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc
Preferred
BD experience in recruitment or staffing
Interest in AI tools and automation is a strong advantage
