Integration and Transformation Executive Leader
Everway is a leading company in Neurotechnology software, aiming to transform communication and understanding. The Integration and Transformation Executive Leader will oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses and lead the Project Management Office to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively executed.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all post-deal integration activity, ensuring the smooth operational, cultural, and strategic alignment of acquired entities
Oversee the development and execution of organisational and functional integration playbooks that drive synergies, enable scalability, and accelerate value creation
Partner with senior functional leaders (Finance, People, Product, Technology, and Commercial) to ensure consistent delivery of integration outcomes, operational readiness, scalability, and sustainable value creation post-integration
Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that company-wide initiatives are effectively scoped, prioritised, and delivered against 2026 strategic goals
Ensure that strategic initiatives are data-driven, customer-focused, and aligned with long-term value creation
Translate strategic objectives into detailed execution plans, ensuring alignment and clear ownership across all departments and functions
Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress, measure ROI, and evaluate the success of integration and strategic projects
Provide regular updates and insights to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across all workstreams. Promote a culture that values experimentation, agility, and the pursuit of operational excellence at every level
Translate strategic initiatives into actionable operational plans with clear accountability, defined milestones, and measurable outcomes.. Ensure that execution frameworks such as scorecards and quarterly business reviews, are consistently applied across all functions
Design and implement the supporting roles, and workflows required to bring newly defined or reimagined processes to life. Ensure clarity around ownership, decision rights, and handoffs to enable smooth, end-to-end execution
Identify inefficiencies and pain points across workflows, introducing automation, standardisation, and technology enablement to reduce friction, accelerate delivery, and strengthen data visibility
Foster cross-functional collaboration by creating structures and forums that bring together leaders from different functions to drive coordinated execution and decision-making
Develop systems, governance frameworks, and capacity plans that allow the organisation to grow efficiently and sustainably while maintaining operational control and quality
Build and lead a high-performing team within the transformation function, developing capability and promoting cross-functional collaboration
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on matters of integration readiness, and transformation delivery
Champion change management best practice to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and structures across acquired and existing teams
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience (10+ years) in transformation and/or integration management within a SaaS, technology, or EdTech environment
Proven track record of leading post-deal integration across multiple functions and geographies
Strong experience overseeing complex transformation or PMO functions, ideally within a scaling or multi-entity business
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at executive and board level
Deep commercial acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to evaluate and communicate business cases and ROI
Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and standardisation through process, systems, and cultural alignment
Strong leadership presence with a track record of building and motivating high-performing, cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based business model, ideally within the education or learning technology sector
Professional qualifications in finance, strategy, or project management (e.g. MBA, CFA, PMP, Prince2) desirable but not essential
Experience working within private equity environments
