They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own major product initiatives end-to-end, working across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres to ship high-impact features.

Responsibilities
Lead system design and architecture for core features and infrastructure
Ship full-stack product features across our core app and AI-powered workflows
Mentor and pair with junior and mid-level engineers; foster a culture of technical excellence
Translate high-level product goals into scalable backend and frontend implementations
Make smart tradeoffs in speed, scope, and UX — without excessive handholding
Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and design to move quickly and stay aligned
Touch every part of the stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, ORM tools
Own major product areas and be accountable for their reliability, performance, and extensibility
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience building production-grade products
Strong technical breadth across the stack — React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Node.js, Postgres
Deep experience with system design and architecture decisions in fast-moving environments
A track record of ownership: you've led complex features or systems end-to-end
Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with teammates
Excellent product sense: you understand what good UX looks like and how to deliver it
High agency, low ego: you move fast, ask smart questions, and lift the team around you
