Program Director

The Fedcap Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the economic and social well-being of the disadvantaged. The Program Director will oversee the strategic and operational management of the IMPACT program, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with performance metrics while leading staff development and program outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and training materials
Ensure program activities align with organizational goals and standards
Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support program success
Monitor and evaluate program performance and implement improvements as needed
Ensure program performance metrics are met or exceeded
Supervise program staff and provide regular performance feedback
Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Oversee program budget and ensure alignment with financial targets
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program metrics
Support audit preparation and compliance reviews
Monitor budget compliance and maintaining acceptable variance
Analyze program data and develop action plans to address performance gaps

Required

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years supervisory experience or 5 years in program management
Proven success with performance outcomes, program execution, and managing budgets
Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and compliance in a human services setting
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems
Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Skilled in behavioral interviewing and motivational counseling techniques
