Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate an efficient, high quality service department
Train and mentor staff on best practices in service sales and customer interaction, ensuring the highest quality experience for every customer
Implement upselling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
Monitor the performance of technicians, providing feedback and support as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in service management or a related field is required
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians and service sales
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred
Experience with Talon DMS is preferred
Harley-Davidson experience is preferred
