The internship will provide hands-on experience in supporting engineering teams with product design, analysis, and process improvements under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop, sustain, and improve product design and product definition data (bills of materials, 3D models, drawings, and specifications)

Assist in tasks associated with the introduction of new products and changes to existing products

Support production and manufacturing engineering with resolution of production and testing issues

Learn and apply methods for Design for Manufacture/ Assembly (DFM/DFA)

Learn and apply engineering analysis and simulation tools (CAD, FEA, statistical software, etc.)

Sets aggressive goals, measures performance, and strives to go beyond what is expected

Required

Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering at an accredited institution with a graduation date no earlier than December 2025

Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above

Able to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship

No relocation is offered for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the South Milwaukee, WI site
