Responsibilities

Provide clerical, administrative, and telephonic support to the Collections Department and perform teller functions and loan maintenance
Serve as the primary department resource for Collections Support Associates and provide them with training, coaching, and other information as needed
Ensure all reporting functions are completed in an accurate and timely manner

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent
Two years of relatable experience
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU's chosen authority
Ability to use Episys/Symitar platform system
Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment
Knowledge of lending and collection functions, policies, and procedures
Ability to effectively communicate policies and procedures to train others
Knowledge of Credit Life policies and procedures
Excellent organization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and accurately
