Responsibilities
Responsible for CAR solution and support including ECOM and POS Sales Audit
Participate in the SAP CAR and S/4 HANA enhancement and roll-out and support projects and be responsible for the delivery of SAP solutions
Must have SAP Retail and CAR POSDTA hands-on design and configuration experience
Experience in working with End-to-End SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) & POS Data analysis including configuration
Retail Master Data Setup responsibility and conversion
Strong knowledge of CAR landscape design, data consumption, integration, and consuming applications
Experience integrating with omni-channel – POS systems, E-Commerce systems and Financial Systems
Partners with different business teams on different data steps like mapping, transformation, extraction etc
Build and execute data validation and verification plan in support of testing and go-live
Perform duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Computer Science or Business equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation experience preferably with a focus on Retail Industry or other relevant experience in the areas of Sales Audit, Retail POS Analysis, Merchandise Planning, etc
Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
Must have a strong overall knowledge of the SAP CAR solution, Sales and Distribution / Procurement (SD and MM)
Able to collaborate with business and have a strong desire to excel
Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
At least 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP S4/HANA CAR
Professional demeanor and appearance are required for interaction with associates of all levels across the organization
Proficient problem solving and decision-making skills
Detail oriented, organized critical thinker with strong analytical skills
Preferred
SAP IS Retail implementation and AMS experience
Strong understanding of SAP Retail solution portfolio and product strategy
Knowledge in the following technical areas is a plus: SAP CPI, ABAP development/debugging a plus., IDOCs
Nice to have experience with SAP Forecasting with UDF and Demand Data Function
