Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive applications using the Unity engine
Implement engaging multimedia experiences incorporating 3D assets, animation, audio, video, and user interaction
Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional interactive solutions
Optimize performance, usability, and visual fidelity across target platforms (desktop, mobile, web, XR, as applicable)
Integrate UI/UX designs, ensuring intuitive navigation and user engagement
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Unity applications
Contribute to technical documentation, version control, and development best practices
Stay current with Unity updates, industry trends, and emerging interactive technologies
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Interactive Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional experience developing applications in Unity
Proficiency in C# and Unity scripting
Experience with interactive multimedia elements, including animation, audio, video, and UI systems
Strong understanding of 3D environments, physics, lighting, and asset pipelines
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional development teams
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with training, simulation, serious games, or instructional media
Familiarity with XR development (VR/AR/MR) using Unity
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design methodologies
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Exposure to government, defense, or enterprise-scale development environments
