Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy Analysis: Analyze current state, define future state, assess risks, and define change strategy
Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring: Plan business analysis activities and communication, conduct stakeholder analysis, and plan requirements management and test planning
Requirements Elicitation and Collaboration: Prepare for, conduct, document, and confirm elicitation results
Requirements Life Cycle Management: Trace, maintain, prioritize, assess, and approve requirements
Requirements Analysis and Design Definition: Specify and model requirements, verify and validate requirements, define requirements architecture, analyze potential value, and recommend solutions
Solution Evaluation: Measure solution performance, analyze performance measures, and assess solution limitations
Solution Testing, Training and Transfer to Production: Test development, execution, reporting, training, and organizational change management
Project Coordination: Plan, resource, scope, and manage IT project deliverables

Required

A minimum of six (6) years' of experience performing business systems analysis, or other closely related IT function
Education may substitute year for year for experience up to four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree and up to two (2) years for an associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a technical/business discipline
A relevant IT certification or Business Analysis Certification, CBAP/CCBA, can substitute for one (1) year education or experience
Note: For this position ‘closely related IT function' is defined as experience including, but not limited to: Application development, Consulting, Performing complex data analysis, IT project management, Writing complex queries for reporting

Preferred

Certified or professional level certification as a business analyst
Successful completion of certified International Institute of Business Analysis classes
Certification as a Lean consultant
Certification as a Project Manager
