NEOGOV is seeking a Deputy Director for the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) to oversee its operations. This role involves collaborating with the Chair and Commissioners to implement policies and manage the agency's administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Directs the operations of the RCA through its management structure
Works closely with the Commissioners as the Commission sets RCA policies, goals, and objectives
Responsible for the execution of Commission directives through the RCA’s management team
Functions as a deputy to the Chair and acts on behalf of the Chair as manager of the overall docket caseload for the RCA
Managing the adjudicatory process
Managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the RCA
Ensuring the agency complies with all statutory timelines

Required

Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production
