Responsibilities
Inspect and deburr machined parts to meet internal and customer quality specifications
Use hand tools, grinders, deburring wheels, sanders, and files to finish components
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure accuracy and conformance
Visually inspect parts for surface defects, sharp edges, and irregularities
Follow detailed instructions to complete work per established procedures
Maintain clean and organized workspaces, perform minor maintenance on tools
Collaborate with machine operators, inspectors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Accurately document work performed and report any discrepancies or issues
Qualification
Required
Candidates must possess strong work ethic and problem solving skills
Drug test and background check required
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and process specifications
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Strong work ethic, self-initiative, and a desire to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and techniques
Preferred
Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) is preferred
