Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of infrastructure services, including servers, storage, network, cloud platforms, and on-premises environments
Oversee IT service management processes (incident, problem, change, capacity, and configuration management)
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and resiliency of critical business systems
Drive cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture
Manage vendor and managed service provider relationships for infrastructure operations and support
Partner with Cybersecurity to ensure secure infrastructure design and operations
Collaborate with Digital Workplace to ensure seamless employee and advisor technology experiences
Monitor infrastructure performance, costs, and capacity; deliver optimization initiatives
Develop and track KPIs, SLAs, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing infrastructure and operations team

Required

Expertise in cloud (Azure/AWS), networking, storage, and compute platforms
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management tools
Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in leadership roles
