Responsibilities
Rapid Integration: Quickly ramp up on existing project workflows, architecture, and team processes to contribute effectively within the first two weeks
HAM Module Optimization: Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module
Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows
Integration Support: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., discovery tools, procurement systems)
Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and fellow engineers in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Tier 3 support for complex platform issues, specifically related to Asset Management and core ITSM functions
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
Qualification
Required
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer
Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge) and CMDB
Technical Skills: Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills within the ServiceNow framework
Agile Mindset: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with changing priorities
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
HAM Expertise: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Professional module, including asset lifecycle management, hardware normalization, and mobile scanning
Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HAM or Discovery
Migration Experience: Experience picking up projects mid-progress and successfully driving them to completion
