Responsibilities

Assures that customer quality-imposed requirements are adhered to and that a quality system is maintained

Coordinates programs designed to improve supplier performance, productivity, and process validation

Prepares, maintains and reviews quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements

Reviews and analyzes corrective action reports, defect data, and other supplier data. Coordinates and reports on supplier rating process

Monitors quality control activities and systems related to Supplier Quality, and maintains feedback loops. May perform investigations into quality issues

Extensively utilizes SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products), excel, and Tableau in these processes

Supports evaluation of policies and procedures for continuous improvement and alignment to sector/company requirements

Processes requests from Global Supply Chain regarding SAP holds and blocks

Qualification

Required

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of quality, supplier quality or global supply chain, OR a Master's degree and 3 years of quality, supplier quality or global supply chain

Experience using SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)

Experience supporting cross functional/sector efforts or projects

Ability to obtain and maintain DoD secret security clearance
