Serve as a trusted guide, helping customers navigate their shopping journey with honesty, enthusiasm, and expert product knowledge
Lead by example on the showroom floor—driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring peers
Deliver a consistent, personalized, and service-centric experience every step of the way
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals in a retail environment
Strong team orientation and problem-solving mindset
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment
Customer relationship building and needs-based selling
Team collaboration and peer leadership
Goal setting and self-motivation
Sales performance and product presentation
Conflict resolution and service recovery
Communication, listening, and problem-solving
Brand promotion and guest engagement
Retail showroom readiness and floor execution
Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
Ability to move objects up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Regular movement throughout the store and continuous standing or sitting to perform job functions
Preferred
Commission-based sales experience
Previous customer service or retail background
Experience coaching or mentoring peers
Familiarity with service warranties and financing tools
