Lead the way: Steer your regional agile team in developing and executing integrated media strategies tailored to our travel industry clients
Campaign whisperer: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Platform powerhouse: You know your way around every media platform like a pro, from Meta and Google to CTV, and beyond. You're the go-to for troubleshooting, optimizing on the fly, and showing junior teammates the ropes
Trend tracker: Stay sharp on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to every strategy you touch
Collaborator-in-chief: Partner with the Senior Media Director to scale strategies, budgets, current campaigns and brainstorm for creative media ideas for pitches
Insight guru: Dive deep into campaign data, uncover performance stories, and translate insights into smart optimizations and forward-thinking recommendations
Team builder: Mentor and empower your team to grow their expertise, experiment with new ideas, and stay ahead of the curve in an ever-changing media world
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in paid media
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience in orchestrating complex, multi-channel campaigns
Ability to analyze data and present insights
Experience in delivering performance reports
Ability to translate client goals into media strategies
Experience in overseeing planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns
Knowledge of various media platforms including Meta, Google, and CTV
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Experience in collaborating with senior team members to scale strategies and brainstorm creative ideas
Ability to mentor and empower team members
Preferred
Experience working with Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs)
Ability to adapt to market shifts and evolving budgets
Experience in mentoring and empowering team members
