This role involves planning, scheduling, and managing working capital initiatives while collaborating with various teams to drive production goals and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the Supply Chain team with a focus on safety, performance, and fostering a positive work environment

Adopt, implement, and standardize planning, scheduling, and inventory processes using SAP and Fiori systems

Collaborate with Supply Chain Process and Local IT teams to implement and enhance demand planning and capacity utilization tools

Oversee DHT plant logistics (Taunton & Bridgewater) to develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demand and working capital goals (e.g., DIO and slow-moving inventory)

Own the monthly Forecast and S&OP processes, ensuring daily follow-up to keep production on track

Drive supply chain strategies to reduce lead times and improve operational efficiency

Partner with Commercial teams to manage order fulfillment and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets are met

Work closely with HSE, Quality, Engineering, and Production to promote safety, maximize output, minimize WIP, and reduce scrap

Support month end inventory at Bridgewater facility

Identify and implement automation and digital transformation opportunities within supply chain operations

Apply Lean Manufacturing and Just-in-Time (JIT) principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency

Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols

Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and raw material price volatility
