Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Trulla Analytics, supporting clients in the effective use and interpretation of analytics and reporting
Guide clients on best practices for utilizing Trulla Analytics to drive cost savings, utilization optimization, and performance improvement
Deliver client training, enablement sessions, and ongoing education to promote adoption and sustained usage
Respond to client questions and issues related to analytics, data interpretation, and platform functionality
Proactively monitor client utilization and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve adoption and value realization
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing client feedback, enhancement requests, and insight into common usage challenges
Support data validation, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution in coordination with internal teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in health system pharmacy operations, procurement, or supply chain management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Comfortable engaging with pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy leadership
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain analytics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client needs simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Outlook)
Preferred
Experience working with healthcare data or pharmacy/clinical analytics
Knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
