Responsibilities
Attend to and operate machines
Clean parts, touch up parts, and may require re-work of parts
Read and interpret written instruction
Complete appropriate paperwork, log sheets, forms, charts and quality assessments
Communicate with and assist other co-workers in the area
Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by lead
Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required
Measure product to production specifications
Maintain and follow good housekeeping standards to meet company objectives
Perform routine quality checks, both written and oral
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Basic computer skills necessary
Maintain clean and organized work space
Ability to work and handle multiple job assignments
Ability to communicate within a team setting
Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday
Ability to lift between 50 to 100 pounds
Fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
Associates Degree in Metal Fabrication/CNC Machining
3 years of CNC or laser related field experience
